Questions before your visit
How soon can upholstery be used after wet cleaning?
We cannot give a firm time without knowing the material, method and room conditions. Tell us when you next need to use the furniture when you enquire. After wet treatment, upholstery should dry completely before it is used or covered again.
Should I treat a stain myself before your visit?
Avoid further attempts with unfamiliar products. Tell us what caused the stain, roughly how old it is and what has already been used on it. This helps us choose a method. We cannot promise in advance that every stain will be completely removed.

Sensitive fibers, unknown materials or old stains need an honest assessment. We do not promise complete stain removal before material and condition are tested.

Realistic expectations
The result depends on material, age and type of stain.
A technically clean quote describes the desired process and the scope. In the case of sensitive, unknown or damaged materials, we say in advance if a treatment is not responsible.
For the planning, clear information and – if you send it via a secure, agreed with us – current photos help. The website form itself deliberately has no file upload.

Upholstery and carpet work can be arranged separately or together with a basic or home cleaning. The quote shows which areas and work steps are included.
Use care labels and material information
Photograph the care label and describe the fabric, age and known previous treatments. A removable cover is not automatically machine-washable. Describe stains separately: timing, likely cause and products already used are more useful than simply saying the fabric is very dirty. For unknown materials, the suitability of a method must be checked before treatment.
Plan drying and subsequent use
Agree which furniture can be moved, how access will be maintained and what ventilation is available. A fixed drying time cannot be promised without knowing the material, method and room conditions. Clarify when upholstery or carpet may be used again. Permanent discolouration, fading and material damage cannot be corrected simply by more intensive cleaning.
