Sofa cleaning · Canton of Zug

Sofa cleaning starts with the cover, not the stain.

Sofas differ in cover, upholstery, color and care instructions. We check this information in advance and do not promise complete stain removal before material and condition are assessed.

Scope of work

Four details decide on the procedure

A photo can help with the first assessment. The final choice of the process depends on the material and condition.

Material

  • Care label and manufacturer’s instructions
  • Colour fastness and sensitive spots
  • Covered test area as required

Soiling

  • Type and age of spots
  • Funds already used
  • Describe odour or moisture content

Use

  • Size and individual elements
  • access around the sofa
  • Ventilation and drying time

Planning

What can be prepared before the appointment

Remove loose properties, blankets and pillows as far as they are not part of the order. Tell us if the sofa can be moved and if a lift or a tight access should be observed.

Do not use new staining agents shortly before the appointment. Residues can change the result and must be taken into account in material assessment.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before the request

The scope of services agreed in the quote remains binding.

Can every sofa cover be cleaned equally?

No. Care instructions, colour, material and upholstery design determine which method is acceptable.

Are all the spots disappearing?

This cannot be promised before the examination. Age, cause, material and pre-treatment affect the outcome.

How long does the sofa need to dry?

The drying time depends on material, process, indoor climate and aeration. It is discussed for the specific task.
