Planning
A service plan prevents misunderstandings
During the visit, we separate basic tasks, periodic work and services on demand. Rooms with other use receive their own rhythm if necessary.
The agreed plan also identifies who gives access, how abnormalities are reported, and who approves changes. In this way, the scope remains clear for both sides.

Does the property have to be visited before a quote?
A visit is useful if rooms, surfaces or processes do not reliably show the information. For clear, smaller sizes, complete information may be sufficient.
Can services be adapted later?
Permanent or seasonal changes are discussed and included in writing in the service plan.
