This declaration describes which personal data are processed when visiting our website and when contacting us.

2. Website and hosting

The website is provided through Vercel. When accessed, the hosting service processes technically necessary information such as IP address, time, page accessed, browser information and – if transmitted – the previously visited page. This information is required for the delivery, stability, error analysis and security of the website.

For email we still use Hostpoint. Processing by technical service providers outside Switzerland cannot be completely excluded; We use the contractual and technical protection measures provided for this purpose.

3. Offer form

For a quote request we need name, telephone number, desired service and location of the order. Email address, desired date and additional property information are voluntary. We use this information to check the request, ask questions and prepare a quote.

The form is checked on the server side on our website. When it is unlocked, a valid request is transmitted encrypted to our internal operational application and additionally sent via email to info@krizanovic.ch served. In the operational application, it is stored as a customer request, assigned to an internal task and used only for processing, offering and possible order processing. No external form broker is used and there is no file upload.

To protect against abuse, we use a time-limited, cryptographically signed form reference. It contains no contact or property information and is not stored as a persistent tracking cookie. Form handover is checked on the server side for origin, age, scope and permitted fields.

4. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp

If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we will process your information to answer the request and to process a possible order.

A WhatsApp link does not send a message when you just visit our website. Only if you select the link and use WhatsApp, the data protection provisions of WhatsApp or Meta apply in addition; Processing can take place outside Switzerland.

5. Recipients and transfers

Vercel supports us as a website hosting service, Hostpoint as an email provider and a technical cloud service provider in the operation of our internal operational application. These service providers process information only to the extent that this is necessary for the operation, security and processing of the request. Processing outside Switzerland cannot be completely excluded; We use the contractual and technical protection measures provided for this purpose. We only provide further information if this is necessary for an agreed order, if there is a legal obligation or if you have consented. We do not sell personal data.

6. Job applications

If you apply by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process only information needed to assess your suitability for the specific position and to conduct the selection process. Application information is accessible only to authorised people. We contact references only with your prior consent.

If no employment results, we generally delete application information no later than three months after notifying you of the rejection, unless a specific justification requires a short additional retention period. We obtain your consent and define the period before keeping information longer in an applicant pool.

7. Retention

We delete requests from which no order arises at the latest twelve months after the last contact. Obvious false, test and spam requests are deleted after the examination.

If an order is created, we only transfer the required information into the order and invoice filing. For business and billing documents, the statutory storage obligations apply.

8. Web analysis, campaign allocation, consent and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads success measurement from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This allows us to measure, for example, page views, clicks on telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp as well as a successfully sent quote request. Form content, names, phone numbers and email addresses are not submitted to Google as analytics or advertising events.

In addition, we use Microsoft Clarity to improve the usability of the website. Clarity creates heatmaps and session recordings as technical reconstructions of the visible website and of interactions such as clicks, scroll movements, mouse movements, selection actions and window size changes. Clarity is loaded only after you have chosen "Allow analysis". The Clarity advertising store remains rejected. Content from input fields and content recognized by Microsoft as confidential are masked by default. We do not submit names, phone numbers, email addresses or form content as custom Clarity tags.

Upon your consent, Microsoft may use cookies and similar technologies for related session analysis. The transmission shall also handle technical connection, equipment and usage data; Processing outside Switzerland cannot be excluded. Clarity will generally keep session recordings for 30 days; favored and limited sample recordings may remain available for up to nine months, according to Microsoft. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy of Microsoft.

On the first visit, the website initially sets the signals for analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and advertising personalization to "rejected". As long as you haven’t made a selection, Google tags will load in advanced consent mode and can send cookieless measurement signals to Google. This includes the rejected consent status as well as cookieless page and event measurements for statistics and conversion modeling. In this state, the website does not set Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Cookieless measurement does not mean that no data is transferred to Google at all; in the technical connection, in particular the requested page, event information and connection data are processed. Processing by Google outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area cannot be excluded.

Only when you select “Allow analysis” will analysis and advertising storage as well as the Were User Data Signals required for Google Ads success measurement be released. Google Analytics can then use analysis cookies, in particular _ga and _ga_*, to be able to distinguish visits. Advertising personalization and Google signals remain disabled. As a Google Ads conversion, only the successful call to the confirmation page is measured.

If you choose “necessary only”, the website saves your rejection, revokes the optional Google signals, removes the reachable campaign allocation and tries to delete existing Google Analytics cookies. Clarity is not loaded without consent. In the event of a later revocation, we submit the rejected consent status to Clarity and instruct Clarity to remove its cookies; Then the page is reloaded. In the case of a stored rejection, no Google tag is loaded for further page views; Clarity is also turned off. Cookieless Google signals already submitted to Google before your selection cannot be recalled retroactively.

If you come to our website via a marked campaign link and select "Allow analysis", we only store the campaign parameters, the landing page and, if applicable, a click identifier transmitted by Google for the current browser session. In the case of an quote request, an internal source information such as "Google Ads · end-of-tenancy cleaning" is formed from this in our operational application. Without consent, this campaign data is neither stored in the session nor linked to the request.

In the Analytics property, the retention of user and event data is limited to two months, the resetting of this period for new activity is turned off and the detailed location and device data collection is disabled. This retention setting concerns the data associated with cookies or identifiers; aggregated standard reports may remain unaffected.

Your selection will be made in the local memory of your browser under krizanovic_analytics_consent stored. The campaign assignment is only done after approval and only in the session memory under krizanovic_attribution_v1 held. After a request measured with consent, a further temporary session marking without contact or form data prevents a reload of the confirmation page from counting the same conclusion again. You can change your selection at any time via "Privacy Settings" at the bottom of the page and revoke a given consent for the future.

Furthermore, no external fonts and no advertising personalization are loaded. The technically necessary, time-limited form reference is described in Section 3. It does not contain any contact or property information.

9. Browser extension “Household Tax Checklist Switzerland”

The extension does not require any website, tab or account permissions. Check marks, own list points and a voluntary handover date are stored exclusively in the local memory of the installed extension. The extension does not transmit this information to KRIZANOVIC or to third parties and does not contain any analysis or advertising trackers.

The KRIZANOVIC website will only open if you select a visible link in the extension. Then the information about the website and the voluntary web analysis in this privacy policy applies. The checklist stored in the extension is not transferred to the website. When the extension is removed or its local data is deleted, the saved list is removed.

10. Your rights

You can request information about your personal data processed by us as well as their correction or deletion, as far as no legal obligations conflict. Write to that effect: info@krizanovic.ch.

11. Data security and changes

The website is transmitted via HTTPS. We limit the requested data, check form input on the server side and use technical protection measures against abusive calls. These measures cannot guarantee absolute protection either.

We update this policy if the actual website, application or contact process changes. Status: 25 August 2026.
