Only if they are listed in the service plan. Along with floors and stairs, specify the lift, entrance, letterboxes, handrails and shared rooms. We assign tasks and intervals to each area so the property manager can see what is planned for each visit.
Can the plan change when the entrance gets dirtier?
Yes. Tell us where and when extra dirt appears. We can then schedule the entrance or another affected area more often without automatically increasing every task throughout the building. We confirm changes before carrying them out.
