Questions before your visit
Can the handover take place on the same day as the cleaning?
That depends on the scope and the handover time. Please include the confirmed handover appointment in your enquiry. Cleaning, inspection and time for any corrections must fit before it. We only confirm a same-day arrangement after checking the schedule.
Should I list the cellar, balcony and shutters separately?
Yes. Please explicitly list ancillary rooms, the balcony, windows and shutters. We can then account for their condition and access in the quote. The number of rooms alone does not describe every area involved in a handover.

Agree kitchen and appliance work before handover
List the oven, trays, hob, extractor, fridge and dishwasher separately. Record whether appliances are empty, accessible and prepared in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Fixed or electrically connected parts must not be dismantled without approval. Compare your property manager’s instructions with the quote in advance so an unagreed task does not first emerge at handover.
Include blinds, ancillary rooms and the handover date
For blinds, construction, access and an approved method matter. Name the cellar, balcony, garage and communal areas in the quote if included. Arrange cleaning and handover to minimise further moving work that could dirty the rooms. Agree the contact, keys and handling of cleaning complaints beforehand. New damage or extra tasks do not automatically fall under the handover guarantee.
