We can clean affected rooms and surfaces as soon as the cause is fixed, acute hazards are excluded, standing water is removed and the area is cleared. Before a commitment, we clarify what has happened, which materials are affected and which work has already been done by specialist bodies.

Possible scope
Cleaning after the area has been made safe.
After a flood or water damage, soiled floors, accessible surfaces and agreed rooms can be cleaned. We remove sludge, dirt and loose residues only when the materials, access and safety conditions allow the work to be carried out safely.
Clearance or disposal can be arranged separately. Disposal costs are shown with the corresponding document.
Documentation and insurance
Secure documents first before cleaning up.
Photograph affected rooms, belongings and visible damage before anything is changed. Then ask your property manager, landlord or insurer which work has been approved and what evidence is needed.
KRIZANOVIC does not decide whether insurance covers costs. Our quote and invoice document the agreed cleaning scope and the work carried out.

What needs to be checked after water damage?
In case of acute danger, the instructions of the fire brigade, administration, building insurance or competent specialist office always apply.
When can cleaning begin?
Only when the cause is corrected, acute hazards are excluded, standing water is removed and the affected areas are released by the responsible body for cleaning.
Does KRIZANOVIC take over the technical drying?
Yes. Pumping and technical water-damage drying can be quoted separately after assessment. We agree the scope, equipment, measurements and responsibilities before work starts. Leak detection, repairs, electrical clearance, mould treatment and expert reports are not part of ordinary cleaning.
What should be documented for insurance?
Affected persons should photograph damage before cleaning and clarify the further procedure with administration, landlord or insurance. The insurer or other responsible party decides which costs are covered.
Plan pumping and technical drying separately
In addition to cleaning, we can offer pumping and technical water-damage drying after assessment. The source, electrical safety, possible contamination and affected materials must be clarified first. Do not enter flooded areas where electrical hazards may exist; use emergency services for immediate danger. Drying scope, equipment, measurements and responsibilities are agreed for the assignment. Immediate availability or a fixed drying period is not promised.
Information for an initial assessment
Where safely accessible, record affected rooms, visible water levels, materials and measures already taken. Note the known cause and timing and the contacts for the property manager or insurer. Keep technical safety, drying and cleaning as separate tasks. Photographs should show the damage without requiring entry into a hazardous area. A cleaning enquiry is not a substitute for making an immediate danger safe.
Clean after drying and approval
Before final cleaning, clarify which areas have been released by the responsible specialists and which building elements still need work. Agree the handling of affected belongings, remaining soiling and waste. Visible cleanliness alone proves neither adequate drying of building materials nor removal of hidden damage. Measurements and technical assessments need separate responsibilities and cannot be replaced by a general cleaning record.
