What we need to know before a job begins
Floor area and the number of rooms are not always enough for a useful quote. For home cleaning, we ask about bathrooms, windows, shutters or blinds, balconies and adjoining spaces such as cellars, attics or garages. For offices and medical practices, we also clarify how the rooms are used, the cleaning schedule, access and preferred time windows.
These details shape the work plan. If we cannot assess something reliably from the information provided, we inspect it before work begins. The quote can then describe the agreed scope without assuming extra work later.

A room number or area alone is not always enough. Condition, access, material and desired extent can significantly change the effort.

The quote records the scope, pricing and date. Additional work is not quietly added.
During work
The agreed scope of services remains the basis.
Franjo enters the work and remains the responsible person for further questions. During recurring cleanings, we keep clear spaces, tasks, rhythm and access.
If the state or scope has changed compared to the request, we address this. Only then is it decided whether the existing order is sufficient or a supplement is necessary.

Three common jobs require three different plans
The work depends on how the property is used. We therefore plan recurring cleaning differently from an end-of-tenancy clean.
Regular cleaning in a private home
Our standard work includes vacuuming the floors, including under accessible beds and sofas, and vacuuming upholstered furniture. We damp mop floors, dust all accessible surfaces, clean kitchen exteriors and clean bathrooms and toilets thoroughly.
Window cleaning, disposal and other extra work can be added by prior agreement.
Office and medical practice cleaning
Before the first visit, we agree the rooms, tasks, schedule, access and contact person. The specific plan can cover floors, accessible surfaces, the kitchen, sanitary areas and upholstered furniture. We agree any extra rooms or tasks before adding them.
End-of-tenancy cleaning with handover guarantee
The quote records what we will clean before the property handover. The handover guarantee applies to this agreed cleaning scope. We recommend coordinating the handover date with us so that any concern can be assessed directly.
Quality control
It must be possible to attribute a specific response.
Space, task and date of deployment help more than a general message. This allows Franjo to review the mandate and coordinate the next step.
Checks
The agreed plan shows which work belongs at which time.
Reporting
A complaint specifies the affected area, task and deadline as accurately as possible.
Tracing
The feedback is assigned to the order. The further solution depends on the specific situation.
Accountability
Personal contact instead of anonymous mediation.
