Post-construction cleaning and deep cleaning in Canton of Zug.
Construction dust, heavy soiling or facade surfaces need a different preparation than a normal regular cleaning. We clarify material, procedures and access first.
Questions before your visit
When should post-construction cleaning take place?
Schedule it after work that creates fresh dust and residue. Tell us which trades still need access and when the property is due for handover. If rooms are finished at different times, we can discuss cleaning in stages rather than unnecessarily repeating the same area.
Is removing paint and adhesive always included?
No. Please identify these residues beforehand and provide photos if possible. The surface, coating and type of residue determine which method is suitable. Sensitive surfaces need assessment before treatment; removal is not a blanket promise for every material.

For a reliable offer we need space, type of soiling, material, access and appointment. External costs or disposals will only be charged according to a proven agreement.
The execution is coordinated with other work on the construction site or in the property, so that cleaned areas do not immediately pollute again.

For architects, site managers and general contractors
For first occupancy and construction completion, we agree which areas are finished and released for cleaning. Outstanding trades, delicate new surfaces and access are coordinated beforehand. Debris clearance and disposal must be included explicitly; final fine cleaning does not automatically cover them. Prepare the specification, areas, material details and acceptance dates.

Document new surfaces before cleaning
A handover sheet can record the material, manufacturer guidance, protective film, existing damage and site-management approval. The method for new coatings, glass and natural stone cannot be chosen from a photograph alone. Where needed, agree test areas and compatibility before treating the remaining surfaces. Identify cement, adhesive and paint residues separately rather than grouping them under general construction dust.
Plan acceptance around outstanding trades
Agree which rooms will be finished and accessible at the cleaning appointment. Later drilling, painting or installation may require another clean. Keep a shared list of cleaned areas, outstanding items, responsibilities and follow-up dates. Include construction debris, protective materials and special waste in the quote with waste categories and responsibility for disposal.
