A reliable price needs more than the number of windows. Size, frames, blinds, contamination, floor and access determine the effort. Therefore, we do not mention a lump sum before the scope is clarified.

Two apartments with the same number of windows can have a very different effort. The decisive factor is what should be cleaned and how well the surfaces can be reached.

Private and commercial
Individual order or part of a major cleaning.
Windows can be arranged separately, regularly or together with a residential, office, basic or end-of-tenancy cleaning. In the case of end-of-tenancy cleaning with handover guarantee, the agreed window cleaning belong to the previously confirmed fixed price.
For normal cleaning jobs, the effort is charged according to the agreed hourly model. Which material is contained will be clarified before the start.
