Free Checklist · Construction & Renovation
A post-construction cleaning only starts to make sense when construction progress, residues, surfaces and handover dates fit together. This checklist organizes the necessary information.
Professional review
Franjo Krizanovic assesses service scopes, prepares quotes and plans jobs for KRIZANOVIC Reinigung. He regularly takes part in the cleaning work. The family business has carried out cleaning work in Baar, throughout the Canton of Zug and in neighbouring municipalities since 2012. His review is based on this ongoing planning and practical experience.

Setting a realistic deadline
If crafts work continues, doors are missing or material is constantly moved, cleaned areas pollute again. Therefore, clarify which works are completed and who enters the area after cleaning.
This checklist helps with organizational preparation. It is not a substitute for building acceptance, defect testing or professional assessment of materials.
Project uptake
Thus, open work and cleaning scope are not mixed together.
Scope of work
The appropriate procedure depends on material, soiling and access. In the case of sensitive or unknown surfaces, a sample surface may be useful.
Disposal, window work and periodic additional work should be clarified as separate positions. Thus, the quote remains traceable.
clarifying the project
We check whether photos are sufficient or a visit on site makes sense.
