Deep cleaning in Zug for homes and business premises
Deep cleaning tackles accumulated dirt and areas outside the regular cleaning routine. We assess the surfaces, materials and condition before preparing a quote.
When a deep clean makes sense
If regular vacuuming and damp mopping no longer improve the condition sufficiently, the surfaces need a closer assessment. This may be before moving in, after prolonged use or for a heavily used area. Describe the problem: ingrained dirt, limescale, grease and residues need different approaches. Wear, discolouration and damaged surfaces are separate issues.
List the areas to be cleaned
Tell us which floors, kitchen areas, bathrooms and accessible surfaces need attention. Cupboard interiors, appliances, windows, blinds and storage rooms are included only when listed in the agreed scope. Offices and shared buildings are assessed by room group. An intensive floor-cleaning assignment does not automatically cover the whole building.
Check materials and existing damage first
Share the flooring type, coatings, care instructions and any previous treatment you know about. Unknown or delicate materials need assessment before work starts. An overview photograph and a close-up help us understand the condition. A site visit may be needed for larger areas or uncertainty. Cleaning cannot be promised to repair material damage.
Plan occupied and empty premises differently
In occupied rooms, furniture, belongings and use of the space affect the work. Agree which areas will be clear and which furniture will remain in place. For empty properties, tell us about any ongoing building work. Cleaning should be timed so later work does not immediately soil the surfaces again. We agree access, electricity and water before the appointment.
Agree pricing and additional work clearly
Floor area alone does not determine the workload. Soiling, materials, furniture and access also matter. The quote records the areas, charging basis, products and travel arrangements. Windows, textiles and additional rooms are separate items unless included in the stated scope. We agree extra work before carrying it out.
Deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning or a tenancy handover?
After construction, the task focuses on the building residues agreed in the quote. A tenancy handover requires a full handover scope and separately agreed guarantee terms. An ordinary deep clean is not automatically a handover assignment. After a one-off deep clean, a regular cleaning plan can help maintain the improved condition.
