Area
Clearly name the room, floor, workplace or adjoining room.
Agreement, check, track
A cleaning can only be checked fairly if the scope of service is clear beforehand. Spaces, tasks and rhythm form the basis. A complaint is recorded with area, task and date of deployment.
Professional review
Franjo Krizanovic assesses service scopes, prepares quotes and plans jobs for KRIZANOVIC Reinigung. He regularly takes part in the cleaning work. The family business has carried out cleaning work in Baar, throughout the Canton of Zug and in neighbouring municipalities since 2012. His review is based on this ongoing planning and practical experience.

Before take-off
General terms such as "cleaning everything" lead to different expectations. A workable plan specifies areas, basic tasks, periodic work and priorities.
Clearly name the room, floor, workplace or adjoining room.
Stick to what is done during each visit and what is only performed periodically.
Decide on weekdays, time windows and seasonal deviations.
If something is noticeable
The feedback goes directly to Franjo. Useful are date of deployment, space, task and a short description. A photo can be useful if there is no confidential or personal information on it.
Franjo checks the message against the order. How the correction is made depends on the agreed scope and the concrete facts.
Templates
The templates help with the visit and later follow-up inspection. They do not replace the individual quote.
Record rooms, intervals, access, materials and feedback channels.
Entrances, floors, lifts and seasonal tasks plan comprehensibly.
Define basic tasks, changing priorities and material together.
Post-control
After a correction, it should be clear which point has been dealt with and whether further action is needed. Changes to the future cleaning plan will be recorded separately.
This documentation helps with recurring orders, but does not replace a legal assessment of a claim.
