Clarify areas and responsibilities
Circulation areas, offices, washrooms and sensitive treatment spaces have different requirements. Before accepting work, we clarify room categories, access rules, induction and hygiene supervision. A general enquiry is not blanket acceptance of every clinical area.
Distinguish cleaning from disinfection
Where disinfection is required, products, methods, dosage and contact times must be specified. Work is coordinated with facility procedures. Instrument reprocessing, sterilisation, medical tasks and special clinical-waste disposal are not automatically part of a cleaning assignment.
Agree checks and records
Intervals, records, material flows and how deviations are reported must be agreed. Provide a contact, room list, working hours and existing specifications, without patient information. Any qualification or evidence requirements are checked before commissioning.
