Your cleaner is on vacation, but office, practice, property or household continue to run. KRIZANOVIC has replacement personnel and takes over the agreed cleaning plan for the confirmed period.

Cleaning can continue while the regular cleaner is on holiday.
We have capacity and replacement staff for agreed holiday cover. In order for the change to work without misunderstandings, tasks, access and priorities should be on a common list before the start.
Short-notice absence
We check the desired start and confirm when our replacement staff can take over the agreed scope.
Temporary cover
The cover can also bridge a limited time until the regular cleaner returns or a new internal solution is in place.

In a private household, priorities, material and access are especially personal. We therefore clarify which rooms are cleaned, what remains untouched and whether someone is present during the operation.
Anyone who commissions a cleaning company receives the agreed service from the company. The operational planning remains with KRIZANOVIC. This is different than hiring an individual directly in your own household.

Can KRIZANOVIC cover only the cleaner’s holiday period?
Yes. Temporary cover is possible if the period, tasks and capacity have been clarified in advance and confirmed in writing.
Does KRIZANOVIC take over our existing cleaning plan?
An existing cleaning plan can serve as a basis. Before the first assignment, we check whether tasks, time and material are described in an understandable and realistic manner.
Is short-notice cover also possible?
Short-term requests are checked for available capacity. The service is only confirmed if we have confirmed the date and scope in writing.
How does the holiday cover end?
The holiday cover ends with the agreed date. An extension or permanent regular cleaning will only be continued after a new agreement.
How are keys and alarms regulated?
Access, key handover, alarm and responsible contact persons are agreed before the start. We only take over the necessary access information for the order.
How is the holiday cover charged?
The price depends on the property, tasks, frequency, time window, material and duration. The pricing is agreed in writing before the first visit.
