End-of-tenancy cleaning in Risch-Rotkreuz

Coordinate moving and handover dates
The agreed areas must be accessible and rooms cleared as required before cleaning. Tell us your moving date, preferred cleaning day and confirmed handover appointment. If tradespeople are still working, the sequence needs to be agreed.
Define the complete scope
Room count alone is not enough for a reliable quote. Floor area, bathrooms, appliances, windows, blinds and condition all matter. Include any cellar, balcony, garage or fitted cupboards explicitly. Report existing damage: cleaning does not repair wear or replace maintenance.
Understand the handover guarantee
Our guarantee applies to the cleaning work agreed in writing, up to the property handover. Complaints concerning that scope are handled through re-cleaning under the agreed terms. Extra work and damage are separate. Agree attendance and availability at the handover with us in advance.
Coordinate cleaning, moving and key handover
Tell us when the last belongings will leave the property and when the property manager has arranged the handover. Even for a move within the municipality of Risch, access at the old and new addresses may differ. We agree keys, lift access and unloading before the visit. Our work is organised from Baar; we do not operate a separate branch in Rotkreuz.
Check kitchens, bathrooms, windows and storage rooms separately
List the agreed kitchen appliances and cupboard interiors. For bathrooms, mention visible limescale and delicate materials. Windows, frames and blinds are itemised separately, as are balconies, cellars and garages. Your property manager’s instructions help you prepare. Share only information relevant to cleaning, not complete personal tenancy documents.
Fixed-price quotes and later changes
Once the area, condition and scope are clear, we prepare the quote. Check which tasks, products and travel charges it includes. If another room or service is added later, we discuss the change before doing the work. For example, a cellar omitted from the original enquiry must be added to the agreed scope; it is not silently treated as included. This is a planning example, not a customer case.
Stay available for questions at handover
Agree who coordinates the appointment with the property manager and how questions will be answered directly. A cleaning complaint is checked against the written scope. New dirt after completion, repairs and areas not previously commissioned are separate. End-of-tenancy information and the quote form are available in both English and German.
