A good cleaning plan names areas, tasks, intervals, periodic work, access and quality control. We do not determine the specific interval in a lump sum, but according to use, soil material, number of entries and season.
Construction of the plan
In this way, the administration, ownership and cleaning team can see what is done during each assignment and what is only done periodically.
Setting the interval
Number of apartments, entrances and floors affect the use. In addition, there are soil material, lift, visitor frequency and seasonal loading by wet or road salt.
We visit the property, define the basic tasks and record periodic performances separately. If the use changes, the plan can be adjusted together.
Quality control
A plan is only helpful when deviations become visible. Therefore, a direct contact person and a simple rule for feedback is needed.
Tasks and areas are specified in writing so that expectations are the same on both sides.
Agreed points can be checked regularly with a control plan.
Seasonal or permanent changes are agreed before additional effort is carried out.
Frequently asked questions
The concrete plan always arises for the respective property.
The plan should clearly identify areas, tasks, intervals, periodic additional work, access, contact person and quality control.
The appropriate interval depends on the number of apartments, use, entrances, soil material and season. We therefore set it after the visit with the client.
Windows, basements, additional rooms or seasonal overwork are agreed in writing as periodic or additional positions.
