Define permitted surfaces
List floors, accessible surfaces and any other approved areas individually. Device interiors, rack interiors, raised floors and technical interventions are not automatically included. State these requirements explicitly so equipment, methods and suitability can be assessed.
Protect operations and safety
Cables are not moved, equipment switched off or housings opened without a separately agreed, technically appropriate procedure. Static electricity, liquids, ventilation and access rules belong in the preparation. Facility requirements take precedence over a general office-cleaning plan.
