For a few clearly described pieces of furniture, an assessment without a visit may be possible. For an entire apartment or house, an appointment on site creates more security.
Small size
Type, number, size, floor and access can often be clarified by phone or with current photos.
Whole apartment
A visit shows additional rooms, carrying paths, disassembly and vehicle requirements better than a rough estimate.
With cleaning
If a basic or end-of-tenancy cleaning is desired after the clearance, it is retained as a separate scope of service.
